Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Quick lookup for legal concepts is exactly what I needed, and plain-language explanations of complex topics. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: research starting point for various legal topics and plain-language explanations of complex topics. Where it lags: not a replacement for a licensed lawyer. On balance the feature set — especially plain-language summaries — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on conversational legal Q&A, and plain-language explanations of complex topics caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is plain-language summaries — handled better than most — and plain-language explanations of complex topics. Worth the time if this is your use case.
