Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on aI-powered workflow builder from natural language, and aI assistant helps build workflows from prompts caught me off guard. Advanced workflows have a learning curve is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is team collaboration and sharing options — handled better than most — and no-code setup with a large library of templates. Browser dependency limits server-side automation is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and free tier available for getting started. Prebuilt playbooks and automation templates fits neatly into how we already work, and prebuilt playbooks and automation templates removed a step we used to do by hand. Premium integrations require paid plans, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Integrations with CRM, productivity, and messaging apps is exactly what I needed, and free tier available for getting started. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
