I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is the core workflow — handled better than most — and it is genuinely easy to set up. The mobile experience lags is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and scales customer support without losing personalization. Intelligent customer-facing agents fits neatly into how we already work, and conversational generative AI engine removed a step we used to do by hand. May require integration work with existing systems, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Pretty happy overall. Bulk content generation tools just works and built-in AI avatars and voiceovers. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
