I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is aurora Connect ride-hail service — handled better than most — and safety-case methodology guiding deployment. Regulatory landscape still evolving is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Does the job
Pretty happy overall. Free and Pro plans just works and free tier available for casual use. Less control than advanced pro tools can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
Use it every day
Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Conversational AI for lead capture is exactly what I needed, and operates 24/7 without staffing costs. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
