Pretty happy overall. Source-based answer synthesis just works and saves time compared to manual searching. Less suited for highly specialized research can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: multi-message follow-up sequences and automates lead qualification and follow-up. On balance the feature set — especially unified inbox for inbound leads — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Integrations with cloud and SaaS tools is exactly what I needed, and designed for fast-moving startups. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
