I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is workflow templates for marketers — handled better than most — and maintains consistency across channels. Less suited for highly technical niches is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: multiple procedure or enhancement options and private exploration without booking appointments. Where it lags: aI previews may not perfectly match real surgical results. On balance the feature set — especially decision-support tool for elective treatments — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Pretty happy overall. Self-hosted deployment just works and designed for team collaboration. Requires technical setup and maintenance can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
