Pretty happy overall. Multi-step task orchestration just works and streamlines workflow automation with AI agents. May have a learning curve for non-technical users can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on sales process automation, and designed with regulated industries in mind caught me off guard. Likely requires integration work with core systems is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
