I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is email triage and drafting — handled better than most — and natural language and voice input. Relies on third-party integrations is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Web-based access with no paid tier required just works and natural-language question answering. Limited depth versus paid professional platforms can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. The dashboard is exactly what I needed, and support is responsive. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on natural language task definition, and reusable agents for recurring tasks caught me off guard. Complex tasks may require prompt refinement is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
