Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. AI-generated reply drafts is exactly what I needed, and significant time savings on email. I do wish effectiveness depends on email volume and style, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Time-saving workflow automations fits neatly into how we already work, and aI-generated reply drafts removed a step we used to do by hand. May need tuning before suggestions feel accurate, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
