Analytics and conversation reporting fits neatly into how we already work, and multi-channel customer engagement removed a step we used to do by hand. Tone and accuracy need ongoing monitoring, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is free and unlimited browsing — handled better than most — and tailored specifically for Gemini image models. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Insight dashboards and summaries is exactly what I needed, and surfaces trends across large volumes of data. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
