Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: live chat with agent collaboration tools and smooth handoff between bot and human agents. Where it lags: setup and AI training require initial effort. On balance the feature set — especially ticketing and conversation history — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Pretty happy overall. Gmail and Outlook integration just works and generates meeting summaries with clear action items. AI-drafted replies still need human review can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
Solid for our team
We rolled this out across the team last quarter and it is genuinely easy to set up. The integrations fits neatly into how we already work, and the dashboard removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
