Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: integrations with Zapier, n8n, and webhooks and handles authenticated sites and complex flows. On balance the feature set — especially integrations with Zapier, n8n, and webhooks — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
Years in this space
I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is open-source Python SDK — handled better than most — and supports ReAct and tool-calling agent patterns. Worth the time if this is your use case.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is aI-powered instant answer matching — handled better than most — and reduces volume of repetitive support tickets. Limited customization on lower-tier plans is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Apr 4, 2026Skeptical, then convinced
I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on the API, and support is responsive caught me off guard. The mobile experience lags is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and multiple specialized AI agents in one platform. Project-based workflows fits neatly into how we already work, and collaboration between multiple agents removed a step we used to do by hand. May lack depth of human specialists, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
