Conversational follow-up questions fits neatly into how we already work, and self-serve analytics workflow removed a step we used to do by hand. Accuracy depends on data structure and clarity, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
Use it every day
Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Conversational Q&A interface is exactly what I needed, and available around the clock. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is conversational AI sales agent — handled better than most — and personalized product recommendations. May struggle with highly nuanced customer issues is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
