I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is business process integration — handled better than most — and customizable to specific business processes. Less control than custom-coded solutions is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: prompt-driven workflow and completely free to use. Where it lags: may include usage or rate limits. On balance the feature set — especially browser-based access — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Solid for our team
We rolled this out across the team last quarter and covers voice, chat, and email in one platform. Customizable conversation flows fits neatly into how we already work, and multi-channel chat and email agents removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
