I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is context pulled from connected data sources — handled better than most — and supports scheduled and event-driven agent runs. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: context pulled from connected data sources and supports scheduled and event-driven agent runs. Where it lags: costs can grow with task volume. On balance the feature set — especially multi-step workflow execution — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and no-code setup with natural language instructions. Multi-step workflow execution fits neatly into how we already work, and shared agents for team use removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
