I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is slack and WhatsApp integrations — handled better than most — and no-code setup in minutes. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Lead capture during chats is exactly what I needed, and multi-channel deployment options. I do wish limited free tier, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
