I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on integrated last-mile delivery, and supports local and physical retailers caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and covers the full path from search to last-mile delivery. Conversational purchase assistance fits neatly into how we already work, and hybrid online-to-offline workflow removed a step we used to do by hand.
