Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Dashboards and alerts for production AI just works and guardrails for generative AI safety and security. Requires setup and integration effort can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: prompt injection and jailbreak protection and built-in explainability and bias detection. Where it lags: requires setup and integration effort. On balance the feature set — especially model performance and drift monitoring — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is explainable AI and root cause analysis — handled better than most — and guardrails for generative AI safety and security. Requires setup and integration effort is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and unified observability for traditional ML and LLMs. Prompt injection and jailbreak protection fits neatly into how we already work, and bias and fairness assessments removed a step we used to do by hand. Pricing not transparent on the website, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
