Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Token and NFT-based reward system just works and gamified workflow improves engagement and retention. Crypto incentives may add regulatory uncertainty can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and token and NFT rewards incentivize quality submissions. Token and NFT-based reward system fits neatly into how we already work, and support for diverse and niche dataset needs removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Gamified tasks and community challenges fits neatly into how we already work, and on-chain tracking of contributions removed a step we used to do by hand. Requires familiarity with Web3 wallets and tokens, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Token and NFT-based reward system is exactly what I needed, and access to a globally distributed contributor base. I do wish data quality depends on community participation, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
