Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is omnichannel AI agents for chat, email, and voice — handled better than most — and detailed analytics and quality monitoring. Pricing not publicly listed is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

    Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Lifestyle and budget-based matching is exactly what I needed, and saves time compared to manual searching. I do wish coverage depends on supported regions, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

    Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on coverage gap detection, and quickly interprets complex policy language caught me off guard. Not a substitute for licensed advice is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

    Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Personal voice modeling just works and works from short prompts or rough notes. Quality depends on voice training input can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

    Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: conversational iteration and edits and generates full-stack apps from simple prompts. Where it lags: generated code may require review for production use. On balance the feature set — especially conversational iteration and edits — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

    Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and automatic handoff to human agents. Smart escalation to human agents fits neatly into how we already work, and customizable responses and knowledge base removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
