Pretty happy overall. Multi-step task orchestration just works and streamlines workflow automation with AI agents. May have a learning curve for non-technical users can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on sales process automation, and designed with regulated industries in mind caught me off guard.
