I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on configurable prompts and memory, and customizable agent behavior and tools caught me off guard. Smaller ecosystem than larger AI platforms is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: centralized usage and billing and simplifies switching between models. On balance the feature set — especially access to leading LLMs and AI services — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Integrations with CRM and contact center tools just works and native generative AI delivers nuanced conversation analysis. Requires sufficient conversation volume to show value can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
