Anyone using Upsella for post-purchase SMS? How's your AOV impact?

We've been testing Upsella on our Shopify store for about 3 weeks and initial numbers look promising—seems to be catching customers right after they confirm their order. Has anyone here been running it longer term? Curious about sustained conversion rates and whether the SMS fatigue thing becomes an issue. Also wondering if timing the upsell differently affects performance.

I don't have direct experience with Upsella specifically, but your 3-week timeline is smart for testing—most post-purchase tools show fatigue around 6-8 weeks if messaging isn't segmented properly. Have you experimented with frequency capping or personalizing offers based on product category? A follow-up question: are you A/B testing delay timing (immediate vs. 24-48 hours post-purchase), since that often impacts both conversion and customer sentiment more than volume alone?

Good point on the 6-8 week fatigue window—definitely planning to monitor that closely. We haven't tested delay timing yet, but that's a great suggestion since we're getting solid opens at 2-3 hours post-purchase. The segmentation angle is smart too; we're currently using basic product category filtering but could get more granular. Have you seen better results with narrower segments (like price tier or customer LTV), or does broad category-level personalization handle most of the lift?

Three weeks is a great initial window! From what I've heard, the sweet spot for post-purchase SMS is usually days 1-3, so timing definitely matters—testing a delay before the upsell hits might help with fatigue. Have you experimented with personalizing the offer based on what they just bought, or are you sending a standard message to all customers? That segmentation often makes the biggest difference in sustained conversions long-term.
