I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on personalized content recommendations, and engagement-focused writing suggestions caught me off guard. Limited to LinkedIn, not multi-platform is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Scalable cloud infrastructure is exactly what I needed, and gives agents a full virtual computer to operate. I do wish performance depends on agent reasoning quality, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: voice and chat agent deployment and strong omnichannel and voice support. Where it lags: steeper learning curve for advanced workflows. On balance the feature set — especially real-time analytics and reporting dashboards — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
