I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on generative AI Studio and model garden, and broad set of pre-trained APIs caught me off guard. Some features require GCP lock-in is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: the API and it saves real time. Where it lags: the mobile experience lags. On balance the feature set — especially the dashboard — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

On balance the feature set — especially customizable scripts and workflows — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and quick conversion of AI text to a more natural tone. Tone and readability adjustments fits neatly into how we already work, and aI-detector bypass focus removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
