Long-context document support fits neatly into how we already work, and zero-shot classification removed a step we used to do by hand. Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Margin and profitability analytics is exactly what I needed, and helps clarify margins on AI agent products. I do wish pricing transparency may vary by plan, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
