Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Designed for collaborative editing teams is exactly what I needed, and fits into existing Docs collaboration workflow. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and useful for both quick ideas and detailed trip planning. Conversational AI trip planner (Zoya) fits neatly into how we already work, and 24/7 live human travel support removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
