Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: echo and reverb cancellation and can improve CSAT and reduce AHT. Where it lags: niche focus on contact centers. On balance the feature set — especially echo and reverb cancellation — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is low-latency audio processing — handled better than most — and designed for contact center workflows. Requires integration with telephony stack is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and real-time noise and echo suppression. Low-latency audio processing fits neatly into how we already work, and agent-side and customer-side filtering removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Echo and reverb cancellation is exactly what I needed, and real-time noise and echo suppression. I do wish effectiveness depends on input audio quality, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on two-way voice clarity enhancement, and can improve CSAT and reduce AHT caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
