Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: chrome extension for on-site research and useful for validating dropshipping ideas. Where it lags: sales figures are estimates, not exact. On balance the feature set — especially competitor store monitoring — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Lead qualification and prioritization is exactly what I needed, and integrates into existing sales workflows. I do wish effectiveness depends on quality of CRM data, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Unified omnichannel agent console is exactly what I needed, and on-premise deployment available alongside SaaS. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
Does the job
Pretty happy overall. Slide generation and design help in PowerPoint just works and deep integration with Microsoft 365 apps. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
