Funciones clave

  • Constructor de flujo de trabajo de agente de arrastre y soltar
  • Soporte multi-modelo LLM

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and flexible deployment across APIs, chat, and embeds. API, webhook, and third-party integrations fits neatly into how we already work, and multi-model LLM support removed a step we used to do by hand. Less established than some larger competitors, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is multi-model LLM support — handled better than most — and supports multiple LLMs and external integrations. Pricing can scale quickly with heavy agent usage is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Drag-and-drop agent workflow designer just works and supports multiple LLMs and external integrations. Pricing can scale quickly with heavy agent usage can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is monitoring, logging, and access controls — handled better than most — and visual builder lowers barrier to creating agents. Advanced workflows still require technical knowledge is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on aPI, webhook, and third-party integrations, and flexible deployment across APIs, chat, and embeds caught me off guard. Advanced workflows still require technical knowledge is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Preguntas y respuestas

What are the limitations of SmythOS?

Advanced workflows still require technical knowledge, and pricing can scale quickly with heavy agent usage.

What integrations does SmythOS offer?

SmythOS supports API, webhook, and third-party integrations, as well as multi-model LLM support.

What is model usage cost?

In previous versions of SmythOS, users had to sign up for multiple vendors by themselves, being subject to approval processes, rate limiting and not benefiting from bulk discounts. We continue to offer the flexibility to bring your own AI models at no markup, and now we bring even more convenience of seeing your agents work out of the box, with a consolidated view of your AI usage spend across many different models and tools. What are public / private agents?

In SmythOS, agents can be configured as either public or private, depending on their intended use and access permissions:Public Agents:Public agents are accessible to anyone with the appropriate link or integration point. These agents are ideal for use cases such as customer-facing chatbots, lead generation tools, or publicly available API endpoints. Public agents do not require authentication for users to interact with them, making them convenient for broad, external audiences.Private Agents:Private agents are restricted to authorized users or systems and typically require authentication via OAuth, API keys, or other secure methods. These agents are designed for internal workflows, sensitive operations, or environments where data confidentiality and access control are critical. They ensure that only approved individuals or applications can access the agent’s functionality and data.SmythOS provides robust security measures, such as secure authentication protocols and encrypted storage, whether your agent is public or private, ensuring your data and interactions remain safe.
