How does my subscription work?

Reface offers auto-renewing subscriptions — your plan is charged at the start of each billing cycle and renews automatically, so you never lose access to your progress or features. You can view your subscription details (plan type, price, and next renewal date) anytime: iOS (App Store): Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → find Reface Android (Google Play): Open Google Play → profile icon → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → find Reface Web: Open Reface → Settings → Cancel Subscription If you have any questions about your plan, we’re always happy to help at hello@reface.ai.

I already purchased Reface — why is it asking me to pay again?

Don’t worry, you won’t be charged twice! This usually happens for one of these reasons: You’re logged into a different account than the one used for purchase Your subscription was purchased on a different platform (iOS, Android, or Web) Your subscription has expired What to do: Open the app and log in using the same email, Apple ID, or Google account you used when you first subscribed — and on the same platform. If I delete the app, will my subscription cancel automatically?

Unfortunately, no — deleting the app doesn’t cancel your subscription, and you may still be charged. To fully cancel, follow the steps in How can I cancel my subscription? . If you purchased via the Web, you can also contact us at hello@reface.ai with your invoice. We want to make sure you’re never charged for something you’re not using.

How can I get a refund?
