Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on call transcripts and logs, and simple setup aimed at small businesses caught me off guard. May struggle with highly technical questions is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is lead qualification and sales workflows — handled better than most — and trainable on custom business knowledge. Messaging platform policies can limit automation is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. AI-generated vocal performances is exactly what I needed, and generates complete songs from text in seconds. I do wish output style options may feel formulaic over time, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: governance, monitoring, and auditability and supports traceability and governance for enterprise use. Where it lags: implementation can require significant data preparation. On balance the feature set — especially natural language querying of operational data — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
