Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on the onboarding, and support is responsive caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Smart triage and routing is exactly what I needed, and improves agent productivity with AI assists. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is downloadable audio files — handled better than most — and fast generation of full-length songs. Output quality varies by genre and prompt is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Seamless escalation to human service agents just works and tightly integrated with Salesforce CRM and Service Cloud data. Quality depends on clean underlying CRM data can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is choice of underlying LLMs (GPT, Claude, etc.) — handled better than most — and free tier is genuinely useful. Worth the time if this is your use case.
