Pretty happy overall. Designed for small and mid-sized businesses just works and aI assistance speeds up prospect research. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Pretty happy overall. Workflow and action automation just works and handles high ticket volumes across multiple channels. Enterprise focus may not suit small teams can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Apr 4, 2026Skeptical, then convinced
I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on aI-powered forecasting and variance analysis, and collaborative workflows for finance and ops teams caught me off guard. May be more than small businesses need is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Apr 1, 2026Solid for our team
We rolled this out across the team last quarter and integrates with popular IDEs and Git workflows. Team-oriented collaboration and standards support fits neatly into how we already work, and aI code generation with repository context removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
Years in this space
I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is profile pages with credentials and specialties — handled better than most — and reduces reliance on personal referrals. Marketplace fees can raise costs is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: aI voice agent for inbound calls and qualifies leads before they reach the team. Where it lags: voice AI may struggle with complex or emotional calls. On balance the feature set — especially aI voice agent for inbound calls — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
