Real-time conversation handling fits neatly into how we already work, and unified multi-channel inbox removed a step we used to do by hand. Does the job
Pretty happy overall. Style and outfit customization just works and easy to use with simple photo uploads. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
