We rolled this out across the team last quarter and quick setup with no new app to install. AI-driven natural language processing fits neatly into how we already work, and task creation and management removed a step we used to do by hand. Chat-only interface may not suit complex workflows, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
