Automated follow-up sequences fits neatly into how we already work, and autonomous candidate sourcing across platforms removed a step we used to do by hand. Limited transparency into ranking criteria, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is custom model training and fine-tuning — handled better than most — and voice cloning from short samples. GPU recommended for best performance is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Handling of mixed and unsorted document packages just works and reduces manual sorting and review time. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. The dashboard is exactly what I needed, and it is genuinely easy to set up. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
