I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is the integrations — handled better than most — and it saves real time. Pricing gets steep at scale is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on pre-built bots for vertical use cases, and industry-specific templates speed up implementation caught me off guard. Pricing is not transparent without a sales call is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: customizable greetings and scripts and reduces missed-call revenue loss. Where it lags: may struggle with highly nuanced conversations. On balance the feature set — especially appointment booking and scheduling — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Fine-tuning and customization support is exactly what I needed, and free and open-source with accessible weights. I do wish quality may trail closed commercial models, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
