We rolled this out across the team last quarter and scales repetitive tasks efficiently. Policy review and analysis fits neatly into how we already work, and underwriting workflow support removed a step we used to do by hand. Niche focus limits use outside insurance, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on real-time coaching during calls, and reduces new hire ramp-up time caught me off guard. Best suited for established GTM teams is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Brand impersonation analysis is exactly what I needed, and real-time URL and domain scanning. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: aI-driven data extraction from documents and natural-language commands for editing data. Where it lags: may require cleanup for complex layouts. On balance the feature set — especially prompt-based table editing and formatting — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
Years in this space
I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is the API — handled better than most — and it is genuinely easy to set up. The docs could be deeper is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
