Use it every day
Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. AI for IT operations and cybersecurity is exactly what I needed, and deep integration with OpenText information management products. I do wish most useful for existing OpenText customers, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
Years in this space
I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is guided input for work history and skills — handled better than most — and helps tailor applications to specific roles. AI output may need human review for accuracy is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Pretty happy overall. Fine-tuning and instruction-tuned variants just works and strong multilingual and coding performance. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: monitoring and management dashboard and designed for business and enterprise use cases. Where it lags: may require technical setup expertise. On balance the feature set — especially workflow automation tools — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
