How does my subscription work?

Reface offers auto-renewing subscriptions — your plan is charged at the start of each billing cycle and renews automatically, so you never lose access to your progress or features. I already purchased Reface — why is it asking me to pay again?

Don’t worry, you won’t be charged twice! This usually happens for one of these reasons: You’re logged into a different account than the one used for purchase Your subscription was purchased on a different platform (iOS, Android, or Web) Your subscription has expired What to do: Open the app and log in using the same email, Apple ID, or Google account you used when you first subscribed — and on the same platform. If I delete the app, will my subscription cancel automatically?

Unfortunately, no — deleting the app doesn’t cancel your subscription, and you may still be charged. To fully cancel, follow the steps in How can I cancel my subscription? . If you purchased via the Web, you can also contact us at hello@reface.ai with your invoice. We want to make sure you’re never charged for something you’re not using.
